Sparkwing

Terms of Use

Effective date: August 26, 2026

These terms cover your use of Sparkwing, a free, offline, single-player game for iOS. Please read them before you play.

Acceptance

By downloading or using Sparkwing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app.

License to use

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Sparkwing for your own private, non-commercial entertainment. That is the whole scope of what this license permits.

Sparks and in-game items

Sparks and all unlockable items — firefly skins, forest backdrops, and flight boosts — are earned only through play. They have no real-world value, cannot be bought with real money, and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for money or anything outside the game. They exist solely within Sparkwing and may be reset if you delete the app or use the in-game reset. Sparkwing contains no real-money purchases.

Acceptable use

Please do not reverse-engineer, decompile, tamper with, cheat in, or redistribute the app, and do not attempt to disrupt how it works. Sparkwing is for personal use only.

Intellectual property

Sparkwing and everything in it — its code, art, music, and design — belong to the developer. This license does not transfer any ownership of the game or its content to you.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Sparkwing is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The developer is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the game.

Children

Sparkwing is a family-friendly game suitable for a general audience.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be posted here, and continued use of the game means you accept the version in effect.
